International Cabinet Doors Inc. warrants our components against delamination or surface discolouration for a period of eight years from the invoice date. This warranty covers repair or replacement at International Cabinet Doors Inc.'s discretion. Products manufactured outside of International Cabinet Doors Inc.'s standard specifications are not covered under warranty. Products are not warranted if exposed to excessive heat, water damage, scratches, or fading.
Our manufacturing tolerance is ±1/32" or 1 mm. The warp specification is 1.5 mm per linear foot, measured with the door on the cabinet with hinges fully adjusted. Components must be stored in a temperature-controlled environment upon delivery. It is important to remove the protective peel coat from the product promptly after installation. Exposure to sunlight will make the peel coat difficult to remove.
In the event that replacement materials are required for defective products, there may be slight color or grain variance compared to the originally installed materials due to changes in color or texture by laminate or veneer manufacturers. This variance is not considered a defect. International Cabinet Doors Inc. reserves the right to substitute such materials in styles that are being manufactured at the time and is only obligated to match the color, style, and quality of the products it is currently producing.
